Safeguarding in the Edgehill Churches
The Edgehill Churches take the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults seriously.
All staff and volunteers working with children and vulnerable adults must undergo a safer recruitment process, which, in certain cases, will include an enhanced DBS disclosure.
We have adopted the Church of England's safeguarding policy 'Promoting a Safer Church' which can be viewed on www.dioceseofcoventry.org/safeguardingpolicy
We expect our staff and volunteers to be fully conversant with the safeguarding policy.
If you’ve any concerns or queries about children or adults in the church (either that they’re suffering harm, or are causing harm to others) then please contact the relevant Safeguarding officer from the list below
If you think someone is at immediate risk of significant harm call 999 and request police.
